Holiday Inn Chester South By Ihg

The location was great, right near the main ring road and opposite the P&R. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the included breakfast was excellent. Despite the hotel looking a bit run down from the outside, the inside was clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely and the park and ride was just a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to access both Chester and North Wales. I would highly recommend this hotel for a convenient and comfortable stay.

The restaurant area on the first night felt more like a casual bar than a proper dining area.

The hotel is conveniently located off the motorway, making it easy to access. Its central location is a major advantage, as it is close to the city centre. The breakfast provided at the hotel is plentiful and offers a good choice. The staff throughout my stay were friendly and always willing to help.

Accommodation was spacious and contemporary with affable staff at the bar and reception service. Fresh fruit, toast, pastries and yoghourt were great and overall there was a great selection of food.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They were always willing to help and nothing was too much trouble. The executive room was spacious and provided enhanced comfort with its cozy beds and added extras like bath robes and slippers. The hotel's location was convenient, as it was situated in a good area with easy access to bus travel into town. This saved us from any parking issues and there was even a nearby Park & Ride option. We specifically requested a quiet room and we were pleased to receive one. the service and quality provided by the hotel were exceptional.

The staff at Holiday Inn were incredible and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Despite the room being under-resourced, they did their best to accommodate us. The location of the hotel was also a huge plus, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, the free parking was a great perk.

The executive room was spacious and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay during my business trip. the added touch of bathrobes and slippers added a touch of luxury to the room. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, with key attractions and amenities only a short distance away. the swimming pool was also a great advantage, offering a relaxing option for unwinding after a busy day.

On the downside, the outside of the building could benefit from some modernization, as it doesn't create a favorable first impression for arriving guests. Additionally, the breakfast experience was not up to par, with fruit that appeared to have been prepared the night before and was no longer fresh.
